会話の原則

・意図の確認

どのレベル感のお話しか？

といいいますと？ so what

ちょっと質問の意図が分からなかったのですが、。

いつとどこ？

・わからない時は、わからないという。 

・５W２Hで確認する。

・事実と判断は分ける 

・わかる人に聞きにいく

１　全力で聞く

２　文章を組み立てて話す

が基本だけど、詳細かつ具体的にするなら

１－１　全力で聞く

　－２　聞き返し

２ー１　反応（相槌）

　－２　文章を組み立てて話す。

１－１　全力で聞く

意図を聞く。大体以下のパターン

同意（助言）、反論、質問（依頼）、かみ合ってない（違う話）

※かみ合っていない時が難しい。なぜなら、リスニング能力が低いのか、本当に違う話か分からないから

１－２　聞き返し

会話の良いところで遮ってもよい。※例は下のほうに

２－１　反応（相槌）

同意、反論、疑問（確認）、聞き取れないでパターンが変わる。※例は下のほうに

２－２　文章を組み立てて話す

２－１とリンクした形でお話をすすめる。※例は下のほうに

それぞれ３つごと覚えればOK

あとは好みに応じて

１－１　全力で聞く

　－２　聞き返し

２ー１　反応（相槌）

　－２　文章を組み立てて話す。

１－２　聞き返し 

（１）全般が聞き取れなかった時

・Pardon? Sorry? Excuse me? 　語尾を上げる

・I didn't catch that.

・Could you say that again?

（２）早いとき

・Could you speak more slowly?"

・Could you speak a bit slower?

（３）英語はわかるが、意味（意図）が分からん時

・Could you please rephrase that?

・what do you mean??

・I don't quite understand what you said　ほとんど分からなかったよ

・what is your intension(purpose/backgroud)??

・I couldn't understand what your opinion(intension/question) is

（４）部分的にわからない、聞こえないとき

・I could not hear the last(initicial) part of your voice ?

・"went" が聞き取れなかった場合

→ "You did what?"

"botanic garden" が聞き取れなかった場合

→ "You went（did） where?"

"John" が聞き取れなかった場合

→ "You went with who?"

"last Thursday" が聞き取れなかった場合

→ "You went when?"

１－１　全力で聞く

　－２　聞き返し

２ー１　反応（相槌）

　－２　文章を組み立てて話す。

２－１と２－２はある程度リンク

 同意、反論、疑問（確認）、聞き取れないでパターンが変わる。

〇強い同意

・exactly/definitely/absolutely　そのとおり

・I agree that.

・I think so too. (Dito)

第２フェーズでは、  さらに細分化

２ー１　反応（相槌）

　－２　文章を組み立てて話す。

　－２－（１）　意思を伝える。（なんと思ったのか）

　ー２－（２）　根拠付け＆ポイント説明

　－２－（３）　投げ返す（質問）

少なくとも（３）か（１）は必須

簡単な順番としては、（３）→（１）→（２）となるが、重要なのは（１）

（１）意思or感想を伝える。

　　　相槌の後の反応。相手はここが知りたい。しかとは厳禁→わからないときは（３）へ

（２）肉付け

　　　根拠づけ　理由とかポイントを言う

　　　ここが出来ると急にできるように見えるようになる。

（３）投げ返し　

　　　質問　

　　　相手が言っていることが分からない時はダイレクトにここへ

　　　→説明できないときもここ

※基本的に （１）を言って　何か言ってくれば黙る 、なければ最低（３）

　→厳しい質問には質問でかえすのもあり。

　－２－（１）　意思を伝える。（なんと思ったのか）

　ー２－（２）　根拠付け＆ポイント説明

　－２－（３）　投げ返す（質問）
